Established in 2011, the Campus Development team is dedicated and passionate about what they do. Especially in their role as ‘planning custodians’ for the University campus that is so fondly admired for its buildings, landscape and surrounds.

The Campus Development team is responsible for the planning and development of the University’s landholdings. Underpinning all strategic and capital projects are principles supporting teaching, research and campus life, with the University’s goal to be counted as one of the top 50 Universities in the world by 2050.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Campus Development team provides the following services:

  • Campus Planning
  • Feasibility Studies and Funding Applications
  • Major Strategic Projects and Capital Developments

The team is highly experienced in the delivery of large, complex projects and brings a wealth of experience from different industries and networks to ensure the success of projects.
