Staff training and development
- Organisational and Staff Development Services hosts a wide range of leadership and development programs, including workshops, role-based networks, consultancy services and professional development grants for staff. Programs include Leadership Development for Women, which encourages women on campus to pursue leadership roles and Heads Up, supporting new and incoming heads of school.
- The Professional development review (PDR) process is designed to help UWA staff achieve their personal and professional goals and to promote the University’s mission and goals.
- The Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning (CATL) hosts a range of programs, workshops, visiting speakers, and events aimed to enhance teaching and learning practice at UWA through professional development.
- UWA Extension has a range of courses available to University staff and the general community.
