UWA Forward

Vice-Chancellor's Voice

Good morning. Thanks to everyone who came along to yesterday’s Sustainable Futures Open Forum on IT Transformation Design.

As we all know, our delivery of IT Services is fragmented. Many of us will know how frustrating it can be using separate systems for different services, each with different logins and passwords. Our students find it frustrating too, having to use multiple systems for everything from booking their units to accessing their course materials.

The design phase of our IT Transformation is currently underway. We’ll be consulting with all areas of the University to determine how we want our future IT to look. Input from our staff and students will be vital to the program’s success.

For more, please visit the Sustainable Futures website.

Sincerely,
Professor Paul Johnson
Vice-Chancellor
